What is "Artisianal Baking" anyway....

Artisanal baking seems to be one of those things you can only find in "big cities" and even there, it takes a lot of diligence to find. But what it really means is that it's just kind of old-world way of baking. Keeping ingredients simple and honoring the methods that have been in use for centuraties. I'm excited to bring this style of baking to our amazing community right here in Southeast Ohio.
